How do I place an order?+
Add products to your cart, go to Checkout, fill in your delivery details and tap “Place Order on WhatsApp”. WhatsApp opens with your order pre-filled; just press send. We confirm on chat.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. There is no login or signup. Your cart is saved in your browser and your order is confirmed over WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), bank transfer and Cash on Delivery. For UPI we share a QR / UPI ID on WhatsApp after confirming your order.
Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?+
COD is available on most serviceable PIN codes in India with no extra charge. If your PIN code is not eligible, we will let you know on WhatsApp and offer UPI.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 is charged.
How long does delivery take?+
We dispatch within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery takes 2–4 working days in Bihar and Jharkhand, and 3–7 working days for the rest of India.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Once shipped, we send the courier name and tracking ID on WhatsApp.
What if the size does not fit?+
Message us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a pickup and send the right size (subject to stock) or refund you. Items must be unworn with tags intact.
How do refunds work?+
Refunds are issued to your UPI / bank account within 5–7 working days after we receive and check the returned item. COD refunds are sent via UPI or bank transfer.
Do you provide a GST invoice?+
Yes. PayGift is GST-registered (GSTIN 10AARCP2565M1Z2) and a tax invoice is sent with every order. Mention your business GSTIN in the order note if you need it on the invoice.
Are the product photos real?+
Photos are representative of the product style, colour and fit. Minor variation in shade can occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Yes, until it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID. After dispatch, you can use the return process.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?+
Yes. Email help@paygift.in or WhatsApp us with quantity and sizes for a quote.
